We’re looking for a strong candidate to join our customer success team as we scale across the UK and US.

Ideally:

  • You're a university graduate with at least a 2.1 or international equivalent
  • You're looking for summer experience in startups. 
  • You have excellent written communication skills.
  • You are organised, great at prioritising tasks and an outstanding team player.
  • You care deeply about customers and you are passionate about helping them when they face challenges or have questions about Cleo.

What you'll work on:

You’ll be an early member of our customer success team, directly talking to our customers and getting critically important feedback to help us improve and grow. You’ll be:

  • Driving customer success: helping our customers use the product, liaising with the development team and external partners to make sure we provide an excellent service to our users.
  • Suggesting improvements on the product based on the interaction with users and operational experience.
  • Coming up with and implementing ideas on how to impress our customers.

  • You want to understand the inner workings of a startup and get hands-on experience.
  • You have an inquisitive mind, you like to learn new things and challenge the ordinary.
  • You don't just think about what you have to get done, but the impact of your work, questions it raises, and how the things you learn can help Cleo grow as a company.

  • You’re emotionally intelligent - you will understand and deeply engage in what our potential and current employees and customers care about, and be driven to help them.
